Circuit Style Workouts

The circuit-style workouts powerfully combine timed intervals of cardio and strength training incorporating the rower, treadmill, free weights and functional training equipment including a push-and-pull sled and battle ropes.  Based on the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), every 60 minute workout challenges the three energy systems of the body and is designed to burn up to 1000 calories.
