With winter well and truly behind us, we've noticed a spring in our step (see what we did there?) and it's all thanks to the fitness influencers dominating our social media feeds. For years, the glossies have told us how Gwyneth banished her bingo wings and magically transformed into the Iron Woman. Lads, you've not been able to escape Chris Hemsworth's perfect pecs that grace the front covers of magazines either. But with unrealistic comparisons, "celebrity fitness" is a thing of the past. Instead, we all look to the mere mortals that make our fitness goals achievable. So, let's learn from the best on YouTube with this selection of our five top fitness videos.

The Body Coach, Joe Wicks, is famous for his ‘lean in 15’, lean and healthy body.

Joe has become a huge fitness influence over the last few years with 1.5m followers on his Instagram account on which he posts regular recipes, workout videos and body transformations.

SBC suggest you pick a friend to make this squatting exercise more fun. ‘The rules are simple; if you give up first – or touch down on the floor – you buy her dinner’.

LDN Muscle has gained a huge social media presence in its aim to transform lives through fitness videos and nutrition guidance.

In this Instagram post titled ‘Glutes Superset’, LDN Muscle HIIT hard a set of gluteal exercises to help achieve a perfectly toned derrière. All of their exercises can be easily tailored depending on individual fitness levels and the level of muscle wanted to be achieved. They suggest that adding weights or resistance will gain better results.
